Description
- The Data Entry Analyst will be responsible for the entry of all deliverables into the system as well as conducting quality assurance on client-level data elements.
- This position will enter payments into HIMM and update assignments as advised by the Program Director.
- They will also assist the Program Director with the accuracy of Rent Worksheets and ensure that all encounters are captured in Ecompas or the agency's EHR.
- This position will assist the Program Director in completing monthly and quarterly data reports required by the funder.
- This position requires the participation and completion of ongoing training.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE:
Position requires a H.S. Diploma or equivalent and related clerical/secretarial experience. Must be proficient in MS Word & Excel. Must have exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing with individuals and groups regarding complex and sensitive issues or regulations. Physical ability to perform the essential job functions are needed. In addition, the Data Analyst shall perform any duties as required to meet the needs of the program and the clients we serve. Salary : $34,000 - $36,000
