IRAP is looking for an Executive VP- Finance and Administration who will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and will be responsible for providing thought partnership and strategic insight to the President and the Executive Leadership Team, serve as a global organizational leader and as an implementation partner to IRAP's globally distributed team, providing strategic leadership for, and maintain the highest quality standards of, the Finance and Operations team - which consists of Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Risk, ensuring the fiscal and operational integrity of IRAP through working closely and directly with the President, the Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors (especially the Board Finance & Audit Committee), and taking on special projects as needed.
The EVP-Finance and Administration will supervise the SVP- Human Resources, SVP- Finance, the Senior Director- Technology, and the Senior Director- Global Operations.
The EVP-Finance and Administration will report to the President.
Responsibilities
Strategic & Organizational Leadership
- Partner with the President and Leadership Team to continue to develop an organizational environment and global culture of trust, respect, mutual accountability, reflecting IRAP's values, mission and vision.
- Serve as an ongoing strategic advisor to the President, peer members of the Leadership team, and to the finance, human resources and information technology team leads to help evolve and implement the global vision for their functions.
- Partner with the President to set strategic priorities : for example, help identify areas of focus, and metrics for success. Revisit those metrics regularly and evaluate progress against them.
- Participate as a member of IRAP's leadership team, and engage in work related to organizational planning, setting goals, budgeting, financial planning, monitoring progress, and evaluating results to ensure achievement of organization and project objectives, and of operating requirements.
- Mentor and empower a group of experienced professionals, entrusting and amplifying their work.
- Supervise and manage all aspects of global financial management and reporting, operations, human resources, information technology and risk management.
- In partnership and collaboration with the department leaders, guide a review of all formal finance, IT, and human resources related procedures, processes and administration, recommending improvements to systems as needed.
- Develop and simplify methods of operating that bring new practices for systems and policies, resulting in increased coordination across teams and elevated staff engagement.
- Develop and manage processes that lead to improved internal decision-making.
- Ensure processes and policies align with the organization's global mission, goals, and values (i.e., in creation of strategies and work plans).
- Act as a key liaison with the Board of Directors, especially the Board Finance & Audit Committee, including attending all Board meetings with the President and engaging Board members around issues, trends, and changes in the internal and external operating environment.

For this position, the base salary range is $211,076 to $257,410 .
All of IRAP's compensation for this role , including salary, benefits, and time off, are not negotiable.
IRAP utilizes a step-based scale and all salaries at IRAP are determined on country level geographic location.
The salary will be based on a candidate's education, experience, internal equity and is calculated in a way that is transparent, and the chosen candidate will have an opportunity to provide additional relevant information at the time of offer.
