Job Summary and Mission
Our Assistant General Managers create environments in which people are inspired to grow. This position contributes to the success of Earthbar by providing an exceptional customer service experience and promoting brand excellence in the absence of the General Manager. Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
- Identify and address trends and issues in store performance and promote the brand to acquire new customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.
- Solicit customer feedback.
- Continuously coach the team and provide constant and effective feedback.
- Ensure adherence to the state's meal and break period policies.
- Ensure the team adheres to all food safety, cash handling, and operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure the store’s appearance is to company standard.
