The Role
The Marketing Support Specialist will work closely with the marketing and the partnership success team to oversee our marketing projects, marketing reporting, updates and the day-to-day execution and progress of marketing activities. This role requires an independent worker who is organized, creative, and eager to learn and grow in the field of marketing within the online higher education sector.
What you'll do
- Work closely with our marketing team to monitor and track the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote online programs and drive student enrollment for our university partners.
- Manage online marketing campaign portals, ensuring compliance and campaign continuity.
- Ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently.
- Assist in the development of new content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, blogs, and email newsletters ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather content and ensure timely approvals.
- Work closely with partner services and our internal teams to maintain and update website content to reflect current program offerings.
- Monitor our paid media efforts and any relevant social media campaigns.
- Assist in the oversight of the SEO and SEM strategies to optimize visibility and drive traffic to university landing pages.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including email open rates, click-through rates, and social media engagement metrics.
- Assist with the preparation of regular performance reports for internal stakeholders, identifying trends and insights.
- Help track student leads and admissions data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, and organizing key activities.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are stored and organized in a central location for easy access.
- Work closely with the partner services teams to support sessions with the university teams on program performance and new marketing opportunities.
- Distribute and manage the quarterly strategic media and SEO plans for review and approval.
