About the Role :
The Project Liberty Institute is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide support to the Head of Ecosystem and Head of Research and Academic Partnerships. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in maximizing the impact of an organization working to change society for the betterment of all. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our Research and Ecosystem teams by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, facilitating communication, and assisting with special projects.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive, sophisticated and timely administrative support.
- Manage complex calendars; demonstrate exceptional judgment in prioritization of meetings, calls, and access to senior leaders.
- Manage all travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and manage potential disruptions while anticipating fluid travel schedules.
- Manage expenses, including tracking, reconciling, and reporting for principals
- Research cost efficiencies as it relates to all travel matters for the organization.
- Organize and facilitate recurring ecosystem, advisory board, and partnership meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Support budget management for grants and institutional partnerships, program investments, and track expenses in collaboration with university partners
- Liaise with community and ecosystem partners and maintain strong internal and external communication channels
Core Competencies and Qualifications
Compensation :
The expected salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000 annually. The actual salary offer will be determined on factors including the qualifications, experience, skills, and abilities of the applicant. This role is also eligible for an incentive bonus.
