What you will do :

The Director, Community Generated Knowledge will lead the development and execution of initiatives to grow and nurture our online community. This role is pivotal in engaging thought leaders, empowering content creators, and fostering a dynamic environment where professionals can connect, learn, and contribute. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building, community engagement principles including social trends and content strategy in online communities, and team leadership, ensuring the community thrives as a hub of shared knowledge and collaboration.

What you will bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Organizational Leadership or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in leading community engagement or knowledge-sharing initiatives in a professional services setting
  • Proven success in managing teams, delivering impactful content strategies, and building strong professional networks.
  • Expertise in cultivating relationships and building loyalty through active listening, collaboration, and authentic interactions.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience in using data to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Understand user experience, event management and member engagement to drive collaboration, contribution and satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proven track record of guiding high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Travel up to 20%
