What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Project Manager position at Project Masters, LLC?
The Mechanical Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to:
1. Assist with resolving disputes and claims from Subcontractors, Customer, Staff, Field trades, etc.
2. Coordination with Customer Construction Management and Field trades on schedule, problem resolution, safety, material delivery and management, etc.
3. Assist with Schedule updates and Two Week Look Ahead to ensure timely finish.
4. Manage and Document that all work is in compliance with contract requirements and Customer standards
5. Assist in responses to RFI’s and ASI’s as may be required.
6. Assist in the review of all submittals.
7. Generate and distribute meeting minutes for all project meetings.
8. Assist in reviewing the approval of request for change order.
9. Manage equipment/material ordering and delivery schedules.
10. Conduct on-site inspections and documentation throughout construction.
11. Adhere to and ensure that subcontractors and staff follow Customers quality control and quality assurance program, standards, and policies.
12. Conduct inspection to produce “Punch Lists” for subcontractors.
13. Assist with Schedule updates and Two Week Look Ahead to ensure timely finish.

Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
