Project New Generation , LLC agency is a qualified vendor, contracted in the state of Arizona to provide Group home services, home and community-based supports to individuals with developmental disabilities.
As a Direct Care Worker, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities and strive to achieve the highest standards possible by always providing excellent care and supervision to the members.
Project New Generation LLC is hiring staff for our location in West Phoenix, Phoenix, Mesa, AZ. Our growing agency needs a dynamic, enthusiastic, and outgoing Direct Care Worker to join our exceptional team of structured professionals who is a superstar and ready to grow with our team! At this location staff members will be responsible for the care and supervision of a female member with developmental disabilities in the home and community, with job duties consisting of Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervision and care of members
- Assisting with daily living skills
- Documentation (progress notes, service logs, etc)
- Behavior management
- Medication administration
- Transporting members
- Meal preparation
- Able to Implement Goals and ISP
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
- Ensure member's rights and confidentiality as stated in article 9.
- Housekeeping/Cleaning
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A team player

Requirements for this position:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a fingerprint clearance card
- Article 9 certified
- Prevention and support certified
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Responsible/Committed
- Must be eligible to work in the United States of America (1-9)
- Have and maintain a valid AZ driver’s license and be able to provide a 36-month clean motor vehicle report.
