About the Role
Our direct client is is a leader in the transportation application product space in on a mission to help transportation companies streamline operations and maximize efficiency through modern, cloud-based solutions. As part of their Professional Services team, you’ll be a key player in helping new customers transition to our platform. From post-sale onboarding to go-live, you'll serve as a trusted advisor—mapping business needs to platform capabilities and guiding teams through a successful implementation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and digging deep into operational workflows to deliver impactful solutions. You’ll be part of a dynamic team of industry experts helping transportation companies optimize their business using smart, scalable technology.

You're comfortable rolling up your sleeves, leading discovery sessions, configuring systems, and conducting role-specific training that sticks.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process & Systems Analysis
- Lead discovery sessions to assess customer workflows, business needs, and operational goals.
- Translate customer processes into platform workflows and terminology.
- Recommend practical, scalable improvements to reduce redundancy and increase automation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and guide customers toward optimal use of the platform.
- Identify and train internal Power Users, helping them become platform advocates within their teams.
Implementation & Customer Onboarding
- Manage configuration of platform settings aligned to customer needs and best practices.
- Own data preparation and migration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Execute scenario-based testing to validate real-world use cases and business rules.
- Lead hands-on training tailored to user roles, increasing comfort and confidence with the new system.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of milestones.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Contribute to structured project plans with clear deliverables and responsibilities.
- Maintain documentation and tracking tools to support transparency and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across departments—Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success—to ensure alignment and execution.
- Provide feedback from implementations to help improve internal processes and the platform itself.
- Travel 20–30% to support in-person workshops, discovery sessions, and go-live events.
What You Bring
- Experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
- Familiarity with MS Office (especially Word and Excel) and Google Workspace or Office 365.
- Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
- Transportation or logistics industry knowledge is a strong plus.
- Ability to think operationally and apply systems thinking to real-world workflows.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
