Project Recruit has partnered with a boutique insurance defense law firm specializing in premises liability defense and is looking to add an experienced associate to its team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all aspects of no fault and bodily insurance defense litigation matters including court appearances, motions, briefs, client meetings, court conferences, settlement negotiations and trials
- Interface and develop a rapport with our clients, claim customers and our office team.
- Handle caseload from inception to resolution independently.
- Maintain minimum billing requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of civil litigation experience preferred
- Licensed to practice in New York required
- Excellent research, writing and advocacy skills
- Ideal candidate will be eager, confident and self-motivated and thrive in a collegial atmosphere
- Leadership qualities a must
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
