RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handle many aspects of real estate law for the firm, including, but not limited to, acquisitions, dispositions and development, joint ventures, financing on behalf of borrowers and lenders, debt restructuring and workouts, and leasing
- Manage and execute commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings for a wide range of property types such as office buildings, strip malls, industrial buildings, and vacant land.
- Negotiate and draft leases and subleases for office, retail, restaurant, and industrial spaces on behalf of landlords, tenants, sublandlords, and subtenants.
- Provide counsel to clients in leasing transactions of varying sizes, from small spaces to large-scale properties exceeding 350,000 square feet.
- Represent leading retail and industrial property owners in Nassau and Suffolk Counties with all leasing needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to U.S. and international financial institutions, funds, and investors in real estate financing matters.
