RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting motions, handling discovery demands & court appearances
- Experience drafting and reviewing construction contracts and agreements
- Trial-level experience a plus
- NYC-based construction experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 years of litigation and transactional experience with a strong emphasis on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating transactions
- Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Salary : $190,000 - $250,000
