RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience with discovery, including review of documents and preparation of discovery responses production
- Experience drafting and arguing multiple dispositive and non-dispositive motions a plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
- Strong research skills
- Strong writing skills
- Admission to the NJ bar is required
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
