RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage a caseload of mass tort claims from intake to resolution, including discovery, settlement, and trial.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build compelling cases for plaintiffs.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and court hearings as required.
