RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking and defending depositions, specifically in the patent space
- Drafting and arguing Inter Parte Reviews, preferably
- Able to help run a case with the support of more senior attorneys
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of patent litigation experience
- Computer science, electrical or mechanical engineering background with experience handling computer software and hardware
- Barred in the jurisdiction, though TX bar admission would be preferred
