Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients on various renewable energy projects, focusing on facilities operations and power purchase agreements (PPAs).
- Advise on legal and regulatory matters related to wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities.
- Draft, negotiate, and review energy transaction and project development agreements.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in renewables.
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- An active member in good standing of the Bar.
