This distinguished firm is renowned for its commitment to fostering a culture of open communication and transparency, creating a true camaraderie among its members. The firm's dedication to associate development, supported by a dynamic marketing team and robust growth strategies, ensures that its attorneys are well-prepared to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel clients on various renewable energy projects, focusing on facilities operations and power purchase agreements (PPAs).
  • Advise on legal and regulatory matters related to wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review energy transaction and project development agreements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in renewables.
  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • An active member in good standing of the Bar.

We're seeking an experienced attorney to join our partner's team and contribute to the success of their renewable energy practice. As a key player, you'll work closely with clients to provide expert guidance on renewable energy projects, leveraging your knowledge of facilities operations and power purchase agreements to drive business growth.
