Job Coach
SUMMARY:
A non-Profit located in the District of Columbia is seeking a dynamic person to be the Job Coach for individuals who are Intellectually/Physically Disabled.
Analyzing job tasks and providing on-the-job training so that the client may develop and maintain a productive working relationship with the employer.
** Candidate must be able to work an early morning shift 5:30 am- 1:00pm 7.5 hrs a day**
Qualifications & Must Haves:
- High school Diploma or GED / Required
- Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field / Preferred
- Minimum 4 years of current or related specialized experience / vocational training
- Must show demonstrated knowledge of Individual Work Plans (IWP) and job development
placement experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a Federal Background check
