Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our wholesale accounts, ensuring strong relationships, seamless order fulfillment, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts, including resorts, spas, and retail partners.
- Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and onboarding new accounts.
- Handle order entry, coordination, and timely delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute promotions and campaigns.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Project Reef’s mission and values in every interaction.
- Analyze account performance and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Passion for sustainability and alignment with Project Reef’s mission.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
