Construction Coordinator (Long Lead Permitting)
PRG is seeking a Construction Coordinator (Long Lead Permitting) to join our Mesa, Arizona team. In this role will be responsible for obtaining permits and ensuring compliance for underground cable construction projects in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying required permits : Analyzing project details to determine which permits and licenses are necessary based on location and project type.
- Preparing permit applications : Gathering all necessary documentation, completing application forms, and ensuring accuracy of information submitted to regulatory agencies.
- Submitting applications and tracking status : Submitting permit applications to relevant authorities and monitoring their progress to ensure timely approvals.
- Liaising with regulatory agencies : Maintaining communication with permitting officials, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the review process.
- Coordinating internal stakeholders : Collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and other team members to gather necessary information for permit applications and ensure compliance.
- Compliance management : Staying updated on relevant regulations and ensuring all permits are obtained and maintained in accordance with applicable laws.
- Documentation and record keeping : Maintaining comprehensive records of all permits, applications, correspondence, and inspection reports.
- Fee management : Calculating and submitting required permit fees to regulatory agencies.
- Addressing permit violations : Identifying potential compliance issues, notifying relevant parties, and assisting with corrective actions if needed.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This role requires a combination of office and some field work, on occasion. The role involves long periods of sitting, walking, climbing stairs, and performing physical tasks in various weather conditions.
