As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our team, including managing the Founder/Executive Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and following up on tasks.
You will also assist with grant writing, tracking deadlines, and coordinating outreach efforts. Additionally, you will oversee a team of interns supporting grant research, outreach, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executive Director's calendar and schedule meetings
- Organize emails, prioritize communications, and ensure timely responses
- Assist with grant writing and tracking deadlines
- Maintain communication with corporate partners, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Coordinate follow-ups to ensure leads are nurtured and partnerships are secured
- Oversee a team of interns supporting grant research, outreach, and social media
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role (preferably in a nonprofit environment)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft Office, and Zoom
- Familiarity with grant writing, research, and nonprofit operations is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
