Duties/Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future vacancies.
- Conduct screening to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills and experiences.
- Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and preferences.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients for consideration and coordinate interview arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management for KPI tracking.
- Handle negotiations and onboarding procedures for temporary employees.

Education and Experience:
- 1 year of recruiting experience required
- 1 year administrative experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
Compensation:
$21.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
