Summary Job Description:
As a new addition to our finance team, you will ensure accurate processing and recording of company's accounts payable, as well as member rent and other member transactions. This position will impact a rapidly growing organization and offers career development opportunities for the right candidate.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable for corporate and satellite programs
- Manage workflow to ensure all program and member transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Setup transactional input for new vendors and members
- Maintain accounts payable and member files that support transactions
- Manage and respond to all vendor and member related requests
- Execute transactions for program operations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED, some college preferred.
- 2 years working with accounts payable and/or bank transaction.
- Customer service skills
- Strong computer and business solutions software skills
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential matters.
