What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Mental Health Residential Advisor position at Project Transition?
At Project Transition, we offer long-term behavioral health support and services for individuals who have a history of serious mental illness (including dual diagnosis) who desire a future that is meaningful, living in the community on terms they define.
Summary of Job Duties:
This position will develop, implement, and report training/treatment plan for assigned members, participate in crisis management system, program activities and supervision, and provide training and supervision in activities in activities of daily living for assigned clients
Qualifications:
- The residential advisor/Psychiatric Technician will have at least a High School Diploma/GED
- Must have at least two years of supervisory experience
- Two years’ experience in therapeutic community and/or psychiatric care.
- Valid Divers license
