Summary of Job Duties:
Provide general office support including clerical activities and related tasks.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and direct caller to appropriate department/employee. Takedown messages in the event Admissions staff is short, at the request of Admissions.
- Provide callers with any information available prior to forwarding to voicemail or locate the employee.
- Greet and direct visitors to the building/company.
- Distribute/route incoming packages.
- Schedule labs per psychiatry orders
- Update Program Telephone list as needed
- Update member apartment assignments as needed
- Ensure the apartment complex has updated member apartment assignments
- Upload members Physical, dental and other medical documentation to the EMR
- Ensure psychiatrist schedules are updated in EMR
- Update Census and Space List Weekly
- Ensure member Treatment History is current in EMR
- Ensure programs are stocked with supplies
- Order Supplies Monthly
- Ensure Bed Days are updated daily by 10 am in EMR
- Assign Tasks to PRC’s, SW, Lead RA, Clinicians and psychiatrist per charting timetable events
- Track member medication observations and inform PD’s of medications that are in need of signing out
- Complete Program Contact tracker that includes contract compliance daily and provide updates to PD

Qualifications
- · High School Diploma or equivalent (required), Associates degree (preferred)
- · Proficiency with Microsoft software including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook (required).
- · Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- · Ability to work independently and get projects completed in a timely manner.
- · Ability to maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
- · Strong analytical skills
- · Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, patient, efficient, willingness to help.

- · Ability to maintain confidentiality.
