We also offer outpatient and continuing care services, Men's Halfway House, and sober living facilities in multiple locations.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse in Granite Falls, MN. The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. Daily tasks include admitting patients to withdrawal management or residential services, patient assessments, creating care plans, providing education and support to patients and their families, and ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
- Experience in detoxification and addiction treatment preferred
- Strong assessment, care planning, and patient evaluation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to critically think and problem-solve
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Experience in mental health or behavioral health is a plus
