What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treatment Coordinator position at Project Turnabout?
Project Turnabout in Marshall, MN is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our team! Qualified applications must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Sociology or another Human Services field.
Primary duties include:
- Assist LADCs with coordination of aftercare; to assess for bed availability and/or IOP availability
- Facilitation of referrals to substance use disorder services as indicated by a patient medical provider, comprehensive assessment, or treatment plan.
- Assistance with referrals to economic assistance, social services, housing resources, and prenatal care according to the patients’ needs.
Position Qualifications:
The applicant for this position must be 18 years of age or older; must meet Minnesota Department of Human services criminal background study approval. Applicant must be able to document at least two years of freedom from chemical/gambling use problems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
