Job Description
By joining PWI as a Nonprofit Marketing Specialist, you be focused on a wide variety of marketing initiatives for PWI and for our clients. The core responsibility of this role revolves around the management of Google Ad Grants, a pivotal element in boosting awareness and engagement for our nonprofit partners.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ad Grant Management:
- Google Ad Grant Management: Coordinate and maintain over 1,000 Google Ad Accounts for nonprofit organizations, ensuring compliance with Google's policies and guidelines.
- Google Search Ads: Run Google Search Ads for a diverse range of nonprofit organizations utilizing the Google Ad Grant. This encompasses campaign creation, ad group creation, ad creation, keyword research, and audience targeting.
- AI Utilization: Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance the effectiveness of each Google Ad Account, ensuring optimal performance and maximizing the grant's potential.
Client Interactions:
- Client Meetings: Collaborate with nonprofit clients to discuss the performance of their Google Ads campaigns. Address any necessary website changes or additional strategies outside of Google Ads that could improve campaign performance.
- Client Consultations: Meet with clients to address their questions regarding marketing efforts and the work we are undertaking on their behalf.
Reporting:
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance utilizing tools such as Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other reporting tools. Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Other Google Ads:
- Google Display and Shopping Ads: Implement and manage Google Display and Shopping Ads as necessary for the varied organizations we serve.
- Remarketing Campaigns: Set up and manage remarketing campaigns through Google to increase audience engagement and conversions.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work out of our office located in Saint Charles, IL.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Be comfortable with taking extreme ownership of tasks from beginning to end.

- Strong work ethic, hardworking. and willing to go above and beyond to achieve goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy.
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with time management and project management tools.
- Proficient technical expertise and experience with Google Suite tools.
- Expert in digital advertising, analyzing, planning, and have the ability to understand and optimize online campaigns.
