Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project/Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, driving project success, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in client account management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Foster and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, growth, and collaboration opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project progress, address concerns, gather feedback, and provide timely, accurate updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, understanding, and proactive risk mitigation.
2. Sales and Business Development
- Engage with potential sales opportunities to expand the client base.
- Identify and leverage upsell opportunities to increase client value and enhance service offerings.
- May participate in proposal writing to support new business opportunities.
3. Project Management
- Develop project scopes of work and implementation plans, ensuring that all project costs are captured for billing.
- Proactively facilitate ongoing communication among teams, manage project logistics, and provide supporting information, materials, and clarity to team members along the way.
- Ensure marketing campaigns and activities run on schedule and within budget by managing timelines and liaising with the marketing team and other collaborators.
4. Reporting and Analytics
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of detailed reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), successes, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and review digital marketing KPIs and workflows to ensure projects are completed on time and achieve the desired goals.
- Track and analyze client success metrics to ensure projects are on target and meeting client expectations.
5. Collaboration and Strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align client strategies with overall marketing efforts and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive client success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Enhance collaboration between cross-functional teams and marketing team members.
