Subcontractor Appliance Repair Technician

Job Overview:

We are looking for skilled Appliance Repair Technicians to join our growing team as subcontractors. You’ll receive 50% of each repair job, with the potential to earn 60% if the repair is completed the same day. We offer consistent, high-volume work in Richmond, VA, and surrounding areas, starting in November 2024.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and more.
• Source and supply the necessary parts for each repair (we can assist you with sourcing parts through our partner retailers if needed).
• Complete repairs in a timely manner, ensuring quality control with our 60-day labor warranty (you’ll be responsible for warranty service if needed).
• Utilize technology-driven job management: Manage your jobs seamlessly through our app, which automatically assigns repairs to your calendar for easy scheduling.
• Support when you need it: You will have a point of contact to call when you have questions about a repair or need assistance.
• Maintain a high level of communication with clients to provide an excellent customer experience.

What We Offer:

Requirements:

• Proven experience in appliance repair (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Reliable transportation and tools to perform repairs.
• Ability to source and supply parts for each job (with optional assistance from our partner retailers).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must carry liability insurance or be willing to obtain it.

Compensation:

• 50% of each completed repair job if completed within 48 hours.
• 60% of each completed repair job if completed the same day.
• Consistent work starting in November 2024.
