PROJECTXYZ is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate the activities of the departmental processes and personnel within the assigned manufacturing function.

- Supervises the process and all employees in the department.
- Schedules workload for all employees in the department.
- Manage employee timecards and operational policies.
- Ensures manufacturing process in the department meets all production and quality requirements.
- Performs recordkeeping for various aspects of the manufacturing process, as required.
- Addresses all production emergencies and any requests from other department supervisors in a responsible and professional manner.
- Monitors safety within the department on a continual basis and holds weekly safety meetings with employees.
- Ensure that the team’s work gets done on time, effectively, and in accordance with quality requirements.
- Capable of managing the members to implement the containment actions for the supplier defects at the production line.
- Professionally adheres to company rules and policies.
- Performs all other duties necessary to ensure business success.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Excellent Problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to delegate

- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to work overtime and the weekend if support for production is required.
