Mixing Operator

Starting Pay Rate:

• $19.00/hour
• Increases based on training

Shift:

• 1st
  • Hours: 5:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Thursday
• 2nd
  • Hours: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am Monday - Thursday

Criminal background and pre-employment drug screen required.

Manufacturing Duties:

• All new manufacturing employees will be cross trained in departments
  • Measuring & Weighing
  • Packing
  • Mixing
• Moving of raw material for mixing to and from various locations, use of material handling equipment
• Maintain clean and safe work area
• Maintain production levels as needed
• Monitor quality standards of manufactured goods and bring to Supervisor's attention any defect or flaw in material or finished product
• Maintain production records as needed

Requirements:

• Past experience in a Manufacturing, Production, or Distribution setting
• Ability to lift and/or move 50-100lbs repetitively
• High level of attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Teamwork skills
