Job Title : Cath Lab Tech / Cardiac Catheterization Technician
Location : 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642
Duration : 13 Weeks (High possibility of Extension)
Education : Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) through CCI or ARRT (prefers ARRT)
Shift Details : Primarily Days with some late night (evenings) and on call/call per unit needs.
Job Description :
- The Surgical Technologist will prepare the procedure room and sterile field for surgical procedures including the setup of sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment.
- Surgical Technologist's will be required to function in multiple roles of the procedure team including scrub, circulator, and documenter.
- Must be a Certified Surgical Technician or meet the NYS requirements to be grandfathered into Public Health law 2824.
Must Have :
- TAVR, Microclip, and Watchmen
- Experience in Right Heart and Left Heart Hemodynamics, Cardiac Interventions, CTO, PCI, Pericardiocentesis, Vascular Interventions, RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, FlowTriever.
- Mechanical Circulatory Support Experience Required: ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo
- Structural Heart experience with TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, Valvuloplasty.
- Critical care or Cardiac Experience Required
Salary : $80 - $90
