Job Description :

  • The construction manager is responsible for construction management, safety, and quality on capital projects located in San Jose, CA.
  • 10 years of experience as construction manager with experience across commercial building construction, clean room construction, and installation of chemical production processes.
  • Experience and capable of interpreting ASME, ACI, Building Construction and Owner Standards and Procedures
  • Experience with Accident Investigations and reports
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Bachelor’s in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or other related discipline or equivalent experience
