Job Title : Medical Laboratory Technician
Location : 900 11th St SE, Bandon, OR 97411
Duration : 13 Weeks (High possibility of Extension)
Education : Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program
Shift Details : Weekend - Fri-Sun - 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Description:
The ideal candidate will perform routine and complex laboratory tests to assist in diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases.
Systems used: COAG: Sysmex CS-2500, HEME: DXH 690T, CHEM: Siemens Dimension EXL w LM, BLD BANK: MTS Gel System
Licensing/Certification:
Active Oregon Medical Laboratory Technician license or eligibility to obtain
American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MLT
EPIC BEAKER experience preferred.
