Key Responsibilities:
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and perform diagnostic procedures
Assess, treat, and care for patients with respiratory disorders
Work effectively as part of a healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
Requirements:
A Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
Active Illinois Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license or eligibility to obtain
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
BLS certification, with ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, with Neonatal experience required.
