Job Description
As an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to patients in the ICU setting.
- Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments.
- Administer medication as prescribed and initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements:
- 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience in ICU setting.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).
- BLS/ACLS (AHA) certification.
