About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests on patient samples to assist in diagnosing, monitoring, and treating medical conditions.
The key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and analyzing specimens
- Operating laboratory equipment
- Maintaining accurate test results
- Maintaining records and following safety protocols
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret findings
- Performing routine quality control and equipment maintenance
To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in Blood Bank, hold a valid license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist issued by NYSED, and preferential certification in BLS.
