Responsibilities:
The Medical Laboratory Technician will perform laboratory tests and analyses to support patient care. This includes operating and troubleshooting different types of analyzers, such as chemistry, UA, hematology, and coag analyzers. The technician will also be responsible for blood bank testing, including typing, antibody screening, and compatibility testing. Additionally, the technician will perform daily quality control and maintenance tasks to ensure accurate and reliable results.
