Key Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients and provide individualized care.
- Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments.
- Administer medication as prescribed and initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products.
- Deliver patient care competently and interact with family and patient in sharing care plan while in the hospital and at time of discharge.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience in ICU setting.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).
- BLS/ACLS (AHA) certification.
