Scrub Color : All (incl. Outpatient PT) : Any Color; OR / L&D : provided.
EMR Experience : EPIC.
Description :
Responsible for assessing, triaging, and providing immediate care to patients in critical conditions.
They administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to create treatment plans.
They monitor patient progress, manage emergency interventions, and ensure proper documentation.
The RN also educates patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up treatments.
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum of 02 years would work and anything less on a case-by-case basis. For example, they have med / surg experience before their 01-year of ED experience, would more than likely be ok, but again it would be case by case to ensure safety and skill mix.
Education : Required Education :
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum Degree Required :
Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)
Preferred Education :
Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program
Required Certifications & Licensure :
Current OR State RN License required.
