Salary : $2,700.80 / week.
Medical specialty : Operating Room.
Standard shift : Days / Evenings; On-call responsibilities for nights, weekends and holidays.
Weekly schedule : 3x12
Job Description :
Join a dedicated team that provides moderate sedation in a fast-paced procedural area to care for patients undergoing preventative and interventional stroke care.
Responsibilities include intraoperative moderate sedation and circulating when not providing moderate sedation.
The RN administers moderate sedation and closely monitors the cardiac and physical status of the patient, and collaborates with the physician while providing safety, comfort, and privacy.
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum two (02) years’ experience in ICU or IR.
Moderate Sedation experience required.
IR experience required.
HCP must have experience with interpretation of end tidal CO2 and nuclear medicine / diagnostic imaging.
Education : Required Education :
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum Degree Required :
Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)
Preferred Education :
Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program.
Required Certifications & Licensure :
Current NY State RN License.
BLS (American Heart Association Only)
ACLS (American Heart Association Only).
