Description :

This is for outpatient services.

Must meet the 80-mile radius rule.

The facility is open to 5x8s.

Responsibilities :

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with movement disorders or injuries.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility, strength, and function.

Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications.

Document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and best practices.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure : Valid Georgia state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Certifications : BLS
