Ultrasound Technologist Travel Job
We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team in The Dalles, Oregon for a 13-week travel assignment.
About the Job:

This is a travel position working 40 hours per week with standard shifts of 8 hours, days.
Responsibilities:
- Performs ultrasonic diagnostic procedures in accordance with accepted protocols as directed by physicians.
- Produces images of internal body tissues in order to diagnose and monitor a variety of conditions such as heart disease, pregnancy, and cancer.
- Supervises and mentors ultrasound students.
- Maintains equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in radiological technology or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor's): Preferred
- Certificate or diploma from approved ultrasound school: Required
Licenses/Certifications:
- Ombudsman (OMBI) & American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)/Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with Breast Certification: Required
- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification in Abdomen (AB), Obstetrics (OB), or Vascular (RVT); or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS); or Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Sonography (S) or (VS): Required
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technician
- Must be able to inject contrast
- Hospital experience is a must
Please note that this is a travel position and the pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
