This role will process orders and interface with customers on a daily basis and will provide support for the customer care team and the field-based sales organization.

How you will contribute

- Answer customer calls provide assistance and information to customers and/or triage calls to the appropriate account managers or departments
- Provide company and product information to customers as requested
- Assist in account set up of new customers
- Provide support for Salesforce administration and clean-up as directed by sales and customer service management
- Serve as back-up to account managers for processing customer orders
- Help account managers and customer service manager in the resolution of product or service issues
- Run reports as requested by customer service and sales management
- Assist with market research as needed
- Check all orders submitted for accuracy relating to discount, price, etc.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Setup accommodations and travel for company visitors upon request
- Provide support for sales team training and logistic
- Assist with planning and logistics for customer visits, facility tours, speakers programs, tradeshows and special events
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Experience working with products that are prescribed and sold into hospitals preferred
- Experience interacting with healthcare professionals preferred
- Experience working with freight companies (e.g. Fed Ex) a plus
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills
- Quality focus
- Detail oriented
- Ability to quickly learn about the market and products
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Second language preferred
- Must be able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
