Acting as personal assistant to Executive team members
- Performs usual administrative duties such as typing, filing, scheduling, calendar management, expense reporting, arranging meetings, travel, etc.
- Answers and appropriately routes inbound phone calls, greets all guests and visitors, and ensures company protocols are followed
- Providing project coordination, and planning support to the Manufacturing and Quality Departments
- Maintains inventory of general office supplies. Anticipates office needs, place and expedite orders when necessary.
- Assists with planning and organizing all companywide events and meetings
- Scribes for company meetings as needed.
- Arranges travel schedules and reservations
- Maintains organization and cleanliness of common areas of the office including the conference rooms, break rooms, and supplies room
- Assists in preparation and editing of correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintains confidentiality and sensitivity of documents, information, and interactions
- Runs company errands as required
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information as needed
- Researches a variety of issues and work on special projects
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3.0 GPA
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Microsoft Teams and Outlook
