MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and drive accountability for EHS initiatives, aligning with corporate policies, improving processes, and fostering an incident-free workplace.
- Establish a visible presence to mentor teams, monitor safety practices, oversee EHS staff, and develop talent while promoting a culture of safety excellence.
- Manage incidents, conduct investigations, ensure compliance with audits and regulations, and implement strategies to mitigate unsafe conditions and behaviors.
- Analyze safety and environmental data, track KPIs, and report trends to address risks, ensure compliance, reduce violations, and enhance overall safety and environmental performance.
- Work with HR, finance, and senior management to align training, audits, and risk management strategies while maintaining robust communication and strong relationships across departments.
