ProLife Home Care is hiring Home Health Aide's.
Responsibilities:
- Provide home care services to elderly individuals or individuals with developmental disabilities, memory care needs, or other medical conditions.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication and assist with medical documentation as required.
- Perform specialized medical tasks as needed.
- Prepare meals and assist with meal planning and nutrition.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow all HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
Skills:
- Previous experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's or memory care needs is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients who may have physical or cognitive limitations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently while adhering to care plans.
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and ability to provide basic first aid if necessary.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in patient observation and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
