We are seeking to hire a Marketing/Sales intern to be a proactive contributor on both our internal marketing team and revenue team. These two teams are essential in building our brand and connecting with high-vision, high-value clients. To be successful in this role, you should naturally be drawn to solving complicated problems in a collaborative environment that also allows for independence and freedom to initiate. You will be responsible for researching, developing, and writing marketing and sales materials under the guidance of our Director of Marketing and VP of Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contributor on the Internal Marketing team and Revenue team.
- Research, develop, design, and write marketing and sales strategies and materials (Business proposals, new business prospects, social media posts, etc.)
- Collaborate with teams when necessary, but also work independently to ensure deadlines are met
- Gather internal and external feedback to be used as case studies.
- Interact with key executives and other stakeholders throughout the company
- Build strong relationships with all team members and anticipate ways to provide support

- Currently working toward B.S./B.A. degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinker
- Excellent writing skills and an eye for design
- Great interpersonal skills and friendly spirit
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Interns will be compensated $2,500 for the summer
- Interns will be provided a spot for parking downtown

Location: Prolific, Downtown Indianapolis – 135 N Pennsylvania St. 25th Floor
Duration: 10 weeks: June 2nd – August 7th
Hybrid Schedule: Interns are expected to report to the office every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9am-3pm for the duration of the internship. Work outside the office is also expected to complete projects on time.
