We are seeking a Lead Technician to join our team. This role offers an hourly base pay starting at $25/hour, with performance-based bonuses for high-performing team members.
Job Requirements:
- C-Class License (required).
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
- Ability to assess and resolve issues effectively.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes.
- Mudjacking experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mudjacking projects from start to finish.
- Operate and maintain mudjacking equipment and tools.
- Provide clear communication and excellent service to homeowners and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to high-quality standards.
