Responsibilities
- Service various types of garage doors and openers
- Choose the best solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment
- Operational support, including inventory management, material orders, pricing strategy, etc
- Team member training and development
- Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects
- Manage your company vehicle including maintenance, operation, and stock
- Assist in local marketing efforts to help grow market share
- Present products and services to customers with accurate price quotes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3 years of experience repairing and installing residential garage doors/motors is required
- Ability to lift up to 85 pounds without assistance required
- Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment required
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
- Excellent organization and communication skills
